This one I got from my Dad and it is an easy and delicious appetizer.
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
- 10 jalapeños
- one pack of bacon
- two packs of cream cheese
- Take the jalapenos and cut the top off and then cut them in half. Remove the seeds and ribbing. I recommend wearing gloves for this part.
- Fill the halves with cream cheese
- Wrap them with bacon. We use one piece of bacon per jalapeño half.
- Bake at 350 for thirty minutes
